Refund Policy

We align with Paddle's buyer protection and honor a no-questions-asked refund window on every charge.

1. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. and Paddle.com Inc., who act as the Merchant of Record. Transactions will reference Paddle on your statement, and Paddle manages billing, tax, and refund execution on our behalf.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We provide a full refund on any charge (including renewals) within 14 days of the transaction date. There are no qualifiers, exclusions, or restocking fees. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a request from your billing page or email [email protected] with your email, invoice ID, and reason (optional).
  • You may also contact Paddle buyer support at [email protected] to initiate the refund directly.
  • Once approved, Paddle typically issues funds within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

You can cancel any subscription at any time to stop future billing. If a renewal has already processed, you are still eligible for a full refund within 14 days of that renewal charge. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid period or be reduced after a refund is issued.
