Refund Policy

We provide a clear 14-day refund window for Stripe and PayPal payments on our platform.

1. Payment Providers

We process payments through Stripe and PayPal. We are the seller of our services, and these providers process transactions securely on our behalf.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund for any charge (including renewals) within 14 days of the transaction date. There are no restocking fees. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal, depending on how you paid.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Requests are reviewed by our billing team and confirmed by email.
  • After approval, banks or card issuers typically post refunds within 3 to 10 business days.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

You can cancel any subscription at any time to stop future renewals. If a renewal has already processed, you can still request a refund within 14 days of that renewal charge.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first at [email protected] so we can help quickly. You also retain all rights to raise a dispute through your card issuer or payment provider under applicable rules.
